Pet Policy
Summit at San Marcos is a pet-friendly community! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $200 pet deposit, and $200 pet fee. Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet. There is a weight limit of 75 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Contact us for our complete pet policy.
